I left Golfplan last year, after many years of cover with you, to join American Golf as they were cheaper. About 2 months later my clubs were stolen from within my locker at my golf club. The claim process went via a 3rd party assessor and my clubs, worth over £2000 to replace, were valued second hand at £500!
