1. Captains need to register with Golfplan to enable their golf club to be part of The Captains Challenge promotion. The club is deemed to be part of the promotion from the date of registration by a Captain of that club.
2. Only Captains (including Captains elect and Vice Captains) are eligible to register for the promotion.
3. More than one captain at a golf club is eligible to register their interest in this promotion.
4. Each participating golf club must have a registered Golfplan agent. This is normally the Golf Professional, Golfplan has more than 2,000 Golf Professionals registered as agents of Golfplan.
5. The Captains Challenge is open to UK residents in a Captain position at a golf club. The promotion is not open to employees of Golfplan Insurance.
6. The promotion will run from 1 March 2010 to 31 December 2010.
7. The winning golf club will be the one which generates the most policies during the promotional period. This will be measured by the amount of policies generated by the club with the relevant agent number as reference. This number can be added to all online applications, telephone and postal applications.
8. The prize on offer is either a Club Car Precedent i2 or a Club Car Carryall 232. The winning club will be able to choose their vehicle. One prize only.
9. No cash or other alternative will be offered other than the prize awarded. In the event of any prize becoming unavailable an alternative prize of equal or higher value will be offered.
10. The winner of the competition will be announced by 28 January 2011 and will be published on this website.
11. The prize will be delivered to the winning club within a month of the winner being announced subject to availability. The winning club must agree to participate in any subsequent publicity.
12. Participation is deemed to be acceptance of all rules and conditions. The promoter's decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend or foreclose the promotion if circumstances beyond their control make it impossible to continue.
13. The promoter reserves the right to terminate The Captains Challenge at any time and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Registration to The Captains Challenge signifies acceptance of these rules. Golfplan Insurance reserves the right to hold or cancel the prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
